Refund Policy

At Pure Ingredients US, we value your satisfaction. If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible by email and phone. Items can be returned within 10 days from delivery for a full refund, minus shipping costs, for any reason.

We stand by our “Quality Guarantee” which ensures that if an item arrives in less than satisfactory condition, you are eligible for a full refund or exchange. Please notify us immediately by email if this occurs.

For returns initiated due to no longer needing the item, shipping costs will not be refunded. However, we will refund the value of the returned items or process an exchange as requested.

For orders shipped to Canada, if customs return the package due to unpaid customs fees, we are not responsible for the return shipping costs. We will only refund the value of items that are resellable, with customs fees being the customer’s responsibility.

$15 Processing Fee for Eligible Customer-Requested Cancellations or Refunds

Eligible customer-requested order cancellations or refunds may be subject to a $15 Processing Fee, deducted from the refundable amount, only where permitted by applicable law, compatible with the applicable payment processor rules, and properly disclosed before purchase. The fee does not apply when Pure Ingredients is responsible for non-delivery, a defect, an incorrect item, or another merchant error. Every case is reviewed manually; the website does not automatically deduct this fee.
