At Pure Ingredients US, we value your satisfaction. If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible by email and phone. Items can be returned within 10 days of receipt for a full refund, minus shipping costs, for any reason.

We stand by our “Quality Guarantee” which ensures that if an item arrives in less than satisfactory condition, you are eligible for a full refund or exchange. Please notify us immediately by email if this occurs.

For returns initiated due to no longer needing the item, shipping costs will not be refunded. However, we will refund the value of the returned items or process an exchange as requested.

For international orders, if customs return the package due to unpaid customs fees, we are not responsible for the return shipping costs. We will only refund the value of items that are resellable, with customs fees being the customer’s responsibility.
